Vegan sesame pretzel croissant

Limited quantities while we "beta test" our new vegan croissants

Chef Sharon Wang's sesame pretzel croissant — a whole wheat croissant topped with toasted white sesame seeds and Maldon sea salt — was one of our original signature offerings and we've now made it vegan. Think of this as a prototype before a general release.

Baked in Glassell Park in a facility that processes animal products

Two days notice is required for all baked goods.
