Inspired by our absolute favorite coconut cake from one of New York City's iconic brasseries.

Ingredients  Flour, coconut milk, dried sweetened coconut, almond milk, sugar, vegan white chocolate (cacao butter, cane sugar, rice syrup powder, almonds, grated coconut, sea salt, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), canola oil, apple sauce, cornstarch, coconut extract, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, salt

Contains tree nuts and wheat.
Baked in Glassell Park in a facility that processes animal products.

Three days notice is required for all baked goods.
