"Our espresso blend optimized for milk and syrups. A touch heavier and darker than our last blend, this espresso is chocolatey with notes of dried fruit and caramel. We like it best in a latte, though if a heavy shot is your thing, this is the espresso for you.
This two-bean blend currently consists of the following direct-trade coffees:
El Salvador Finca Manuela: a washed Bourbon from our favorite farm in El Salvador
Guatemala Cerro de Oro: a washed coffee of Caturra, Catuai, Castillo, and Bourbon varietals from one of the highest non-volcanic chain of mountains in Guatemala."
